HRIS Coordinator

Fixed term 2 year contract on post grade C3 with annual base between R304,846 and R457,268 if full compliance to job requirements. Benefits include pension and medical aid contributions, 21 days annual leave plus study leave and financial assistance for formal studies.


Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the implementation of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) projects within the organisation. Assist in the development, coordination, delivery and evaluation of training programs/materials. Participates in the development and updating of policies, procedures, administrative rules, goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

A 3 year tertiary qualification in HR or equivalent is a must. Accredited Facilitation Certificate will be an advantage. A project management qualification is recommended. 2-3 years’ experience in the HR environment and thorough knowledge of HR systems and processes. A valid driver’s license is required, must be willing and able to travel extensively within South Africa and occasionally abroad.
