If you don’t find what you are looking for there, you can log a ticket (a request for assistance) on our Helpdesk / Support Portal , and someone will attend to your request personally.
If your problem is related to a web-based DHIS server/service hosted with/by HISP, and you are struggling to access the system, you can check the status of the relevant servers . If your server/service is not listed it is probably not hosted by/with us, and you should consult your system administrator.
