The automated system employs a random allocation process based on agreed-upon principles and priorities. Applicants have the flexibility to choose their preferred facility based on post availability, and they can also apply with a Personal Consideration for allocation, subject to review by a panel of Medical Specialists. The system adheres to established Business rules and ICSP Guidelines.
