About:
The aim of this course is to provide an overview of the HRH (Human Resources for Health) Planning Module, Data Quality and Service Delivery Context.
Learning Objectives:
- Be aware of national and international guidelines related to HRH planning.
- Understand the development and application of normative benchmark guidelines of health workforce for fixed PHC facilities.
- Understand the features of the HRH Planning Module.
- Download and export data to excel
- Understand the importance of accurate data.
- Be aware of the information impacting on the HRH Planning Module.
- Be aware of the broader provincial, district and facility operational context.
- Understand the factors that must be taken into consideration when interpreting the results of the HRH Planning Module.
- Be able to analyse the status of three neighbouring facilities and draft a plan to improve service delivery.
