About:
This short course aims to develop practical skills and competence in effectively managing the data quality and use of information with a basic practical guide on monitoring and evaluation.
Learning Objectives
- Understand the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Understand key legislation and policies
- Understand data quality
- Understand the classification and characteristics of indicators
- Understand common data quality problems and review data quality checks
- Understand the various formats for the effective presentation of information (charts, pivots, dashboards and maps)
- Understand correct interpretation of data as a tool in decision-making processes
- Understand Results-Based Management Plan
- Understand how to set realistic GTI’s for selected health priorities
- Understand a quarterly improvement and monitoring plan and demonstrate the ability to use such a plan for planning purposes
