HISP-SA engineering teams wish to recruit talented individuals to the software development and data engineering related roles listed below to become involved in several innovative projects.

Business Analyst (1 position)

A Business Analyst responsible for analysing and documenting business requirements and processes, and providing insights to develop Digital Solutions that meets the client’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Communication:
•Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
•Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
•Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences.
Requirement Elicitation and Analysis:
•Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives and challenges
•Elicit, document and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows
•Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams
Solution design:
•Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
•Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
•Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization’s strategic goals and technological capabilities.
Documentation:
•Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance:
•Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.
•Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.
•Maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix to measure features against requirements.
Process Improvement:
•Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
•Recommend process improvements and assist in their implementation.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree/National Diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
•Business Analyst certification required (CBAP, CCBA)
•5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
•Proficient in utilising modern business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel)
•Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and solution design
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business challenges
•Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
•Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

•Experience in the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies is preferred
