integrations and various front-end solutions that help to strengthen health systems and
improve health, building better lives with our digital solutions.

HISP-SA engineering teams wish to recruit talented individuals to the software development
related roles listed below to become involved in several innovative projects.

Business Analyst(1 Position)

A Business Analyst responsible for analysing and documenting business requirements and
processes, and providing insights to develop Digital Solutions that meets the client’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and document business requirements, workflows, and processes through stakeholder
interviews, workshops, and analysis
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with the Software Engineering and Data Science teams to ensure the proposed
solutions address the identified needs
• Create documentation, such as business requirement documents, user stories, and process
flows, using modern business analysis tools and techniques
• Validate and test the developed solutions to ensure they meet the defined requirements
• Provide training and support to end-users on the implemented solutions
• Continuously monitor and analyse the performance of the implemented solutions, identifying
opportunities for improvement
• Serve as a liaison between the business and the technical teams, effectively communicating
complex information to both audiences
• Create acceptance criteria for functional requirements to ensure that the requirements are
• Create test cases
• Participate in testing to ensure that the system meets the requirements.
• Maintain a requirements traceability matrix.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree/National Diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a
related field
• Business Analyst certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficient in utilising modern business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Jira, Confluence,
Visio, Excel)
• Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and solution design
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex
business challenges
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information
to non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Experience in the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies is preferred
