HISP-SA engineering teams wish to recruit talented individuals to the software development
related roles listed below to become involved in several innovative projects.

Test Engineer(2 Positions)

Test Engineers to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality
and reliability of digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Software Engineering Team to understand application requirements and
design effective test plans
• Create and maintain manual and automated test cases using popular testing tools (e.g.,
Selenium, Cypress, Jest)
• Implement and maintain a robust test automation framework to streamline the testing process
• Execute both functional and non-functional tests (e.g., performance, security, usability) across
various stages of the software development lifecycle
• Analyse test results, identify and document defects, and work with the development team to
resolve issues
• Continuously improve the testing processes and recommend ways to enhance the overall
quality assurance approach
• Provide training and guidance to the team on best practices for manual and automated testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Data Science, Infrastructure, Software
Engineering) to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software

Required Skills and Experience:
• 2+ years of experience as a Test Engineer or Software Quality Assurance professional
• Proficient in manual and automated testing using tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Jest
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, principles, and best practices
• Experience in writing comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Familiarity with Agile development processes and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or National Diploma in Information Technology,
Software Engineering, or a related field
