integrations and various front-end solutions that help to strengthen health systems and
improve health, building better lives with our digital solutions.

HISP-SA engineering teams wish to recruit talented individuals to the software development
related roles listed below to become involved in several innovative projects.

UX Designer (1 position)

A UX Designer to design intuitive and user-friendly user interfaces that optimise user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviours
• Create user personas, user journeys, and information architecture
• Design high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes using Figma and other design tools
• Collaborate with the Software Engineering Team to iterate on design solutions
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design iterations
• Ensure design consistency across various touchpoints
• Document design decisions and guidelines
• Provide design support and guidance to the Software Engineering Team

Required Skills and Experience:
• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer
• Proficient in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong visual design and prototyping skills
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Knowledge of design principles, user-cantered design, and interaction design
• Ability to translate business requirements into user-centric design solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
